Congratulations to Aerolease’s Van Nuys Operations & Site Manager, Ian Bell, for completing his training and receiving his Qualified Construction Stormwater Inspector (QCSI) certification with the American Stormwater Institute. 

National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits require that Qualified Construction Inspectors are knowledgeable in the principles and practice of erosion and sediment controls and pollution prevention, who possess the skills to assess conditions at construction sites that could affect stormwater quality, and assess the effectiveness of any control measures. Bell has become another one of America’s professionals with the proper stormwater knowledge to keep our waterways clean and free of debris!
