This beautifully appointed complex includes a 15,000 square foot two-story arrival/departure terminal and office building, 120,000 square feet of hangar space, and 15,000 square feet of attached shop and additional hangar office areas. Facility amenities for tenants include a pilot’s lounge, with a small library, TV, large conference meeting room, and restrooms and break rooms.

Private Corporate Hangar
If privacy, security and confidentiality are what you require, our exclusive hangars are perfect for your operation. The available hangar bay is approximately 17,000 and has 1,900 sf of attached office space (offices, rest rooms , kitchen). With 150’ clear span door, the hangar can accommodate the largest Gulfstream and Bombardier and other fleet mixes. Also attached to this hangar is a passenger lounge, conference facility and all Van Nuys FBO services are provided on site. Community Hangars provide the benefit of being inside on a shared basis with other similar aircraft, without all the expense for the entire facility. Calculated on the length and width square footage of the aircraft and with approximately 20,000 sf of hangar area, a 150’ clear span door, and over 2,000 sf of attached offices, restrooms, and kitchen area, this hangar can accommodate the largest Gulfstream and Bombardier fleet and other fleet mixes. 40' T-Hangar
This available T-Hangar can fit an aircraft with a 40' wingspan and is approximately 30' deep. A short distance away, you have access to a fully equipped pilot's lounge with restrooms, a kitchen, television, and conference area.

Whether you are looking for offices for your entire business or a satellite location, we have affordable office options available to match your needs. The office/terminal building includes conference facilities, passenger and pilot lounges, restrooms, kitchen and an open and airy lobby.

This available tie down space can fit an aircraft with a 40' wingspan and is approximately 30' deep. A short distance away, you have access to a fully equipped pilot's lounge with a restroom, television, and small conference area. This is an inexpensive alternative to a T-Hangar and you can still be sure that your aircraft is protected from the rain and bird droppings.
