Van Nuys Airport West
Aerolease West is on the West side of Van Nuys Airport between Hayvenhurst Avenue and Hayvenhurst Place and includes 40 t-hangars, 9 hangars for larger corporate aircraft (10,000 – 15,000 sf), and 46-foot, 54-foot, and 57-foot t-hangars. It comprises 10.2 acres of gross site area and 165K sf of building Area, and the site consists of concrete tarmac pads, tarmac power outlets for aircraft ground power supply, landscaping, fencing, building skylights, hangar floor coatings, and new modernized hangar doors.
Van Nuys Airport East
Van Nuys Airport (VNY) is the home of Aerolease Associates, one of Southern California’s newest general and business aviation facilities. Just twenty minutes from downtown Los Angeles and Santa Monica, it provides individual and affordable office accommodations, ranging from shelters, 40′ and 46′ T-hangars to larger business aircraft hangars, with attached terminal, office and shop areas. This beautifully appointed complex includes a 15,000 square foot two-story arrival/departure terminal and office building, 120,000 square feet of hangar space, and 15,000 square feet of attached shop and additional hangar office areas
Long Beach Airport
Basing your business at Aeroplex Long Beach will give your operation excellent access to both Greater Los Angeles and Orange Counties, bypassing the congesting of Los Angeles International Airport and John Wayne Airport. The Aeroplex Aviation Center includes a refurbished three-story arrival and departure building, aircraft hangars suitable for private planes, and a large, main service and storage hangar with a three-story office lean-to support building attached. The site has central parking for over 300 automobiles, an oversized and spacious ramp/tarmac area, and a state of the art 80.000 gallon underground iet and avgas fuel farm.
